On May 31, 2024, Taizhou Packaging Federation successfully held the "2024 Lean Management Training Meeting of Taizhou Paper Packaging Enterprises" in the Phoenix Hall on the 3rd floor of the main building of Phoenix Villa, Taizhou Yuanzhou. The purpose of this training is to improve the management level and competitiveness of Taizhou paper packaging enterprises.

　　Li Bangjian, executive deputy secretary general of Taizhou Packaging Federation, presided over the opening ceremony, which kicked off the training meeting. First of all, he welcomed the arrival of industry experts and member companies. I hope that today's in-depth exchange and training around the theme of "Lean Management of paper packaging enterprises" can bring new ideas, methods and enlightenment to our paper packaging enterprises in Taizhou.

　　Lean management is crucial to the development of paper packaging enterprises. I hope that through this training, we can actively communicate and think deeply, apply what we have learned to practical work, and effectively promote the development and progress of enterprises. As a public welfare activity, this activity fully reflects the federation's concern and support for the development of enterprises.

　　This training will be strongly supported by the paper products Packaging Committee of China Packaging Federation. The Federation specially invited well-known experts in the industry, Mr. Wang Jianfeng, Mr. Zhang Yufeng and Mr. Su Hongbo, respectively, to launch in-depth and professional exchange training on different topics.

　　In the morning, Mr. Zhang explained lean production system and data management in detail, including the introduction, characteristics, four cores, implementation and data management of lean production, and also explained standard operation data management in depth.

　　Then, Su Hongbo, teacher of Hangzhou Pinxiang Technology Co., Ltd. gave a wonderful explanation on the information innovation of paper product packaging testing technology and testing center, emphasizing the necessity of intelligent factory construction and big data information under the background of rising industry costs and rising standards. The key points such as packaging material laboratory planning, carton testing technology and strength design process, intelligent testing information reform and application are discussed in depth.

　　Subsequently, Mr. Wang Jianfeng shared valuable experience in the application of carton data management, from carton production efficiency data analysis to production cost analysis, to production standardization data application and quality data analysis, etc., to provide valuable guidance for participating enterprises in an all-round way.

　　The course outline of this training session is rich and comprehensive, covering several key areas of lean management in paper packaging enterprises. The three lecturers all have rich industry experience and professional quality, and their explanation is simple and profound, which brings a feast of knowledge for the participating enterprises.
